This story doesnt have a happy end. But it has a very happy content. This little puppy came to us, as a stray after she was hit by a car and found by an organization that tried to save her. At first we thought she just needed bandage changes and will make full recovery. We all fell in love with her and decided to keep her. However, it turned out her injuries were much more serious. She needed a very costly $2,500 orthopedic surgery. We raised the money through donations and support from all our friends. She stayed with us for a month before her scheduled surgery. During that month she had the most loving wonderful life, and we had the happiest sweetest puppy.The girls named her Kesem (magic) because she was magical to them. Sadly even after surgery she did not recover and she had to be put down. But like I said, this is not a sad story, but a happy one, of one little dog who received more love and care in one month than some dogs receive in a life time.
